Providing our attorneys with opportunities for professional development is as critical to the success of our firm as it is to them. We pride ourselves on offering clients access to only the best legal counsel, and that quest begins with the firm’s commitment to finding the best legal talent to join our team. We understand that each attorney who joins our firm is interested in obtaining real world experience, and we offer just that – opportunities for exposure to a diverse range of litigation matters through active participation in depositions, motion practice, trials and appeals.
We believe in a team approach to litigation, and every attorney who joins our firm immediately becomes a part of the CONNORS LLP team. We often roundtable our cases, inviting a group of partners, associates, and paralegals who may not be actively involved in that particular case to help plan the strategy for a trial or appeal – and to shape the course of the litigation.
We also recognize that some of our most rewarding professional experiences come from activities outside of our regular caseload. Buffalo is commonly referred to as the “City of Good Neighbors” and we take that moniker to heart, encouraging all of our professionals to pursue community service and perform pro bono work. Our attorneys are actively involved in local and state bar associations and other professional organizations at the highest levels, and we are exceptionally proud of the numerous awards and honors that they have earned for their work beyond the office walls to better their communities, serve the underserved, and strengthen the legal profession.
CONNORS LLP is always looking to strengthen its team by hiring top-notch attorneys and professionals. We typically conduct a summer program and hire at least one summer law clerk each year. We also recruit recent law school graduates, judicial law clerks, and laterals. CONNORS LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
