Christina L. Saccocio
Christina concentrates her practice on the defense of physicians and other medical providers in medical malpractice suits.
Christina graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2014. While in law school, Christina served as a publications editor for both the Buffalo Law Review and the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She also represented the law school on its Trial Advocacy Team, and was a finalist at the Peter J. Johnson National Civil Rights Trial Team Competition. During her final year of law school, Christina worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Erin M. Peradotto, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. She also completed an internship at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in the preparation of several motions. Christina earned her undergraduate degree in business administration with a minor in political science from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo in 2011.
Christina is a local director for the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York Chapter, where she co-chairs the newsletter committee, is a member of the new lawyers committee, and previously served on the judiciary committee.
Did You Know? Christina spent a month in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where she studied Thai legal culture. She currently resides in Buffalo’s Allentown neighborhood with her rescue dog.
