Lawlor F. Quinlan, III successfully defended an internationally known neurosurgeon in a medical malpractice trial filed by a top NYC lawyer. The jury took less than an hour to exonerate our client. Three months later, Attorney Quinlan held the owners of a rock climbing wall responsible for serious injuries to our client when a carabiner was found to be defective, causing our client to fall 18 feet. Damages trial is set for this fall. In the medical malpractice defense case, Lawlor was aided by Associate Caitlin M.
